Amy Huff joins the firm as its Claims Service Specialist with over 20 years of experience in Healthcare Management. Amy has extensive abilities in customer service, communication, medical claims management, and administration. She is skilled at enhancing a team atmosphere and maximizing client satisfaction by implementing process improvements, training & mentoring, and promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Amy is passionate about her family, her work and humanity. She believes that compassion, creativity and solution-oriented thinking are some of the top keys to success in business and in life. Amy has a love of people and from a very young age she felt a calling to be of service in any way possible. In following this calling, Amy’s career path has been a unique balance of healthcare administration and customer service which has led her to the Adelman Law Firm Team.

Amy resides in Memphis, TN with her husband, Scott, their dog, Ollie and their cat, Charlie. Along with her love of humans, Amy has a great love for animals. When not working, she enjoys daily walks, painting, writing, reading, collecting feathers, collecting gems & minerals, finding ways to give back, and spending time with her family & friends.
