Ziegler was once again pleased to celebrate Women’s History Month with a Women in Senior Living Leadership Forum. Throughout the past several years, Ziegler had woven various Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) elements into its conferences and events. Many of you attended those dedicated cocktail receptions at our conferences or participated in meaningful panel discussions.
That event served to uplift women leaders in our field and provide a welcome break from the day-to-day responsibilities we all carry. March, recognized as Women’s History Month, provided the perfect backdrop for women in the senior living and care industry to convene, share thought leadership, and elevate the conversation about the vital role women play in our field.
