Rachel is a Memphis native with a background in customer service and management. She is a graduate from the Honors Program at St. John’s University in New York City with a focus in Television and Film Production. She is a proud wife, as well as a pet and plant parent. Rachel spends her free time enjoying events at the Memphis Botanic Gardens and the Crosstown Concourse. 

Rachel serves as the firm’s business office manager and administrative support. She is also a liaison with clients for a variety of services and support.
